What is an empanada? If you’re having to ask then an empanada is the one thing you’ve needed in your life that didn’t realize until you bite into it.  Slow cooked  and shredded meat (beef, pork, or chicken) is surrounded by a sweet corn meal pastry that has been fried to perfection.  We also have a black bean and cheese empanada now!  But these aren’t just any black beans, because Beixy doesn’t do bland.  We won’t reveal the secret but the secret but it takes 10+ hours and a bit of this and that.
